At MEN'S.CLUB, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Returns will not be accepted for damaged items caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Customers must request an exchange through our customer support team.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.
